I agree with pretty much you've said, I'd add that the 1st year white room students and Nagumo were a disappointment and hardly did anything at all. Ayanokoji was barely challenged the entire second year and there were too many moments like him just knocking out Nagumo instantly on the island and getting the better of all the 3rd years or the letter expulsion with Yagami that make everything seem pointless with no payoff.
