What do you think of Technip FMC(FTI)? The company engages in subsea/surface infrastructure construction projects. I guess the company would benefit from increasing oil prices and have a good environment that Average costs of producing oil in offshore are is way below those of shale. But the fact that the compant is not direct energy company seem ambiguous to evaluate the potential up/downside of the company. Anyway, thank you for the contents about Propetro.

I did also want to mention that your observation of another REIT coming along and buying them up makes a lot of sense if a realty income, or vici come along, they could easily absorb its assets and with other income, could easily absorb the problem of steward. I do not understand why MPW continues to cater to them at this point they should be treating them as though they’re toxic because of the amount of destruction they have caused. It would also be ironic if you could trade MPW stock for realty income stock in a buyout scenario that would be a fantastic trade. Ironic because we both sold out recently.

I like you, Victor you’re a plain speaking, no nonsense kind of person and you’re right. MPW is no Zim. I have invested in both of those companies. I’m very pleased with the Zim turn around and the fact that they have all these new ships coming out I believe it’s a stock that has nowhere to go but up. which is why I’m investing the dividends back in the company. As for MPW I sold out last week, I did it for two reasons I no longer trust management when they extended more credit to Stewart after Stewart got them all this trouble. I questioned management sincerity, But the real reason I sold is that the revenue is declining and they’re selling assets. They are selling the future to pay for today and Stewart shows no sign of resolution. I agree with you that management needs to change. Management changed and I could buy back at about four dollars a share I would take a chance but so long as these idiots are in charge I would rather put money in symbiotic or Zim.

I feel like ZOOM is in the gray. MS Teams and google meets fulfill the same function. In my opinion most companies already use Outlook and Google for email which increases the likelihood that they would use that same platform for video conference calls.

On the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange [South Africa]), there is a listings requirement for companies to release a voluntary update at any stage if they suspect or know that Revenues, Earnings or Profits will vary from last forecast by more than 20%. It prevents a lot of the INTC type surprises. There is still volatility but it's not catastrophic. Pat Gelsinger has done this a few times now. I re-entered after this fall, but I think the discussion around erosion of trust is valid.
