Actually there is a scoop available in the box and you can also carefully read it on the back where it is written that the scoop is included ,but might have settled at the bottom of the box while shipping and it’s completely true just search for it deep inside with something long or with a knife you will definitely find it in this particular brand creatine i got it for the 250g one .

Guys, this is the most uneducated video about this topic. Please dont watch it, i know hindi speaking people will watch and comment as if it is a holy book. This is why hindi speaking people remain uneducated. Turning it to make it shorter increases the pre load not decrease it. Also preload is not for stiff and soft :( .. its for moving the spring tension where you want it due to the weight on the bike. If you add a pillion and luggage then you increase the preload.

Bro i am 5.5 and i want buy the xpulse rally edition. The showroom employee said that they can decrease the hight by adjusting the shock and make is same as the normal xpulse . Is there any issue by adjusting it ?
