OK, hold up! *THIS* is $750k?!?!? LMAO *THIS*. This simple, basic, typically average 2500 sq ft home sitting on an acre *W-A-A-A-A-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y the heck out in Mars Hill?? ON A DIRT ROAD?? It's nicely finished, sure, (those floors are STUNNING!!) but come on!! It's NOT some huge, over-the-top grande home. It's not even a large home, not by today's standards. The bedrooms are rather small. That catering/prep kitchen is nice but rather odd in a home this small. The master bath is nice, but (again) isn't that big. Basically the only room that has any views to speak of is the master. And I HATE entering any home and walking straight away into the kitchen. They only paid $30k for the land, and we all know this home didn't cost THAT MUCH to build -- it IS just a classic "raised ranch" style home design finished in a farmhouse motif. And sorry, but with the amount of traffic typically on 26 you ain't getting to Asheville in no 20 minutes like it says in the listing. Has EVERYBODY in the real estate industry in and around the greater Asheville area lost their ever-lovin' minds??? I'd say after viewing this property that the answer is most definitely, unequivocally YES!! Bless their hearts...
