HELP END THE STIGMA AROUND MENTAL HEALTH
I made this video as part of the sustainability part of my Girl Scout Gold Award. I asked some of my friends if they would like to volunteer to tell their personal story of mental health. I did this so that more people would be talking about mental illness, so it's not looked at like some sort of weird thing. I know that many people deal with it, it's just a matter of do people talk about it and take it seriously?
