Wow! Awesome find. 👍
⚡👍⚡
awesome to have friends like PIB family!
Wow, those sure look and smell like NOS. Great find.
I tell you what, you found GOLD! Very nice perfect fenders! I'm proud that you got them buddy! It will make your life so much easier now! Good job buddy!
Very nice seat Bryon,I’m surprised you don’t have a house key hidden somewhere.
I like that van
Wow, that is a nice find! I've been looking for one off and on the last year and have only come up with the base model seat with no center armrest or head rests. 😕
We love your videos! Your work is totally amazing. You save a vehicle from the scrap yard and make it cool! Keep sharing your work.
That seat is beautiful! You are blessed to have found it and for the guy to have even held it for you! It was just one of those "Meant to be" situations that worked out in your favor! Thanks buddy for the good video! We enjoyed it!
Great find on the seat.we had some fun in the old truck
What’s the rim size and tire combo on the truck?
How to replace the actual blend door ?
Great video. The info made resetting the blend door effortless 🫡
I have been trying to pull the old antenna cable out but it is almost impossible, it is stuck, it does not move, but I read that you say that this antenna passes under a 10 mm screw with some ground wires? Is that why it doesn't move?.
@@antoniomartinez7989 I doubt it but it’s very possible. Hard to say without knowing exactly what you’re dealing with.
Wow! This is your baby! Time Flys by. Very happy for you!
Just found this, keep at it brother! I'm here for it! Mines an 87. #squarebodyfamily

I have a feeling your daughter will be out in the shop helping you when she gets older. She’s doing everything her Daddy is doing.Lol 😂 😎Dave
I bought back my old truck and it's a 1983 silverado shortbox. Dark brown, 4 speed standard. I'm rebuilding it right now. But just stopping by to say, them 83/84 grills are the best years. 👌
⚡👍⚡ L👀ks Great!
Wow Bryan you're making that truck look great! Love the videos and look forward to the next one!
Looks great from where I’m at😊
I’ve always said a nice set of tires and wheels and keeping them clean will make any vehicle an eye catcher.
My friend, you have done a wonderful job on Moon Pie! It looks absolutely GREAT! I never thought it would look so good! I owe you a big THANK YOU! I really like Moon Pie even more now! Thanks buddy!
Never ever buy after market sheet metal for any old vehicle, you will be sorry, hunt for originals no matter how long it takes to find them.
Any sheet metal that's original should be repaired and used, after market panels are almost always junk that just doesn't fit or look right.
Only thing I don't like is the rear fender for the spare tire
@@Stupidfastracing I didn’t either and I wasn’t a fan of the taillights. I put a different bed on it without the spare hole
Looking good
The fenders look way better than the “new fenders” ! Gonna work out nicely! This truck is super cool.
Can't wait to watch the updates on this. I have a 56
You are right. Saying no bonds is false !
Turn the front bumper upside down , it looks quite well
Yes sir they look killer flip upside down
I really like how this truck is coming along! Having the front-end on made a huge difference! I can hardly wait to see it with the bed on it! That's going to look great! Don't get discouraged buddy! It will happen! Thanks buddy for the video! It was great!
Heck yea bud looking alot better
Thank you! It’s a pain in the ass! Take the stripe off
Can too much oil cause this? I changed my oil and it didthis for the first time. it’s about quarter an inch over full (added 5qts, 400sbc)
Keep on truckin'.
People we wouldn't have this problem if Trump didn't send our jobs to China
I was told years ago, of all the repro sheetmetal companies that exist out there, there WAS only 3 big stamping foundries in Asia. All the suppliers do is take those parts and package them in their boxes. It may be different now, but we all still have fitment issues so...
I dont know about your ins co but mine is State Farm and ALL collision repairs must be performed @ a certified dealership using factory parts. Why? Because the factory had your vehicle crash tested using factory parts and it had been found that aftermarket parts usually do not stand up to a collision causing injury or death if used. No, my ins co dont give a shoot about me & mine its just they dont want to payout a lawsuit. !
You pay extra for that consignment too.
Have you used the coffee grounds for a patina paint job before? I’m curious about it now and have been trying to find videos on it.
@@Classictruckgarage I haven’t but I am going to try it on this one
It's looking good 🇺🇲
Always keep all original 🇺🇲
Like Trump said it came from china 🇺🇲
Ha ha! Yep.
A lot of these repop parts for classic cars fit so poorly that they end up being as much screwing around as it would be to just work with that you've got.
Yeah I’ve learned the hard way with my 59 el Camino The new stuff if anything should be donor parts to save the originals.
Mon thanks because I've been hastate to buy after market fenders for a 1966 Chevy Panel truck I'm trying to hold out until I can find a whole front end for sale. The after market fenders are not cheap either
Made in china, had same problem with my 88 ranger
I have seen 67-72 aftermarket doors not fit. Just like these fenders for this era of truck crying shame. Geez
Oh my, you've done a great job on the fender! It absolutely looks right! That's a nice truck and you're doing it right! I'm so anxious to see what this truck looks like in the end! Lol. Good job buddy! I'm proud of you buddy! Thanks for making the video!
Agreed. 👍
Even if pressed on the original 70year old die , which they weren't the die might be so worn by now to cause your fit problems . $500 is a lot of money tor what you got .
@@eflanagan1921 yeah these were stamped out in Taiwan. These weren’t even close. Really a shame. I’ve had to play with aftermarket parts in the past to get them perfect but there was just no way with these
