The idea in my mind that giving up another half of a collaborative team in this case Dallas and Karl for all those Nile records that are untouchable to this day,to give that up in my mind, I don’t understand how you do it unless it’s just you can’t live with each other anymore.Having said that,I respect what he wants to do and if this is how he wants to play his music more power to him and all this shit rips too.Nott a damn thing wrong with any of this. I've only recently started getting into Nile and death metal in general and I am consistently blown away by your incredible musicianship. Listening to the recordings is a visceral, overwhelming experience (in a good way), but seeing you play this gives me a whole new appreciation for the music and you as a guitarist and composer. Not only can you play the shit out of your guitar, but your songwriting is unlike anything else I've ever heard. I think the reason I didn't appreciate death metal before was that I couldn't pick up on the underlying musical structure, but Nile changed that. There's clearly a very cerebral element to the music, but when I'm listening to it, I don't listen analytically-I feel it powerfully in my body as a visceral and emotional experience. All the work you put into the music isn't just riff-wanking. The insane playing is truly in service to the song. In summary, we're not worthy!

What tunning are you using now Dallas? In the video you mention that now you're tuning lower than usual, and as far as I know most of NW is either Eb or D standard.
