Not really, you can watch the full video. Fresh meat gets cooked easily. You can use chops with more meat, as per your preference.

The cruise runs throughout the year (the rides only stops in harsh weather/extreme snowy conditions or if there is any ongoing maintenance). You will have to go to the WEST Train station in Interlaken, behind it there is a road going down towards the lake. Upon reaching there you will find a ticket booth. We visited in November and at that time the ticket booth was closed due to some unknown reason. However, the guy sitting there at the booth told us that we can buy tickets on the boat through cash or card. I took this one and really liked as it covers all the stations along the ride. Two tickets costed me 90CHF and I paid through card. One ticket costs around 45CHF.

Hello Rabia sorry to bother you again , can I please ask the total journey is 2 hours , does this brings you back to Interlaken west or you have to come from Thun via other transport also is there any shorter tour as well . Thank you

@@amitsehgal8317 takes almost 1.5-2 hours (one side). Because the cruise stops on different small villages/towns in between. We took a train back to Interlaken Ost because our hotel was located near that train station. If your hotel is near Interlaken West then you can take a train back to that side. The train takes 20-25mins at max to reach Interlaken. Once you reach thun, you can explore the nearby areas on foot and then take a train back to Interlaken whenever you get free. The train leaves after every 30mins, download SBB app. It’ll be a saviour, you can book tickets online and keep track of schedule as well.

It’s not a fully automatic machine. I pressed the button to stop the machine. You can set the extraction timings as per your liking just hold and extract the coffee and release the button once you are done. It’s a one time procedure, the machine will remember the settings for next time. If in future, you want to change the extraction time again you can repeat the same method (applicable on both single and double shots).

Noted. I will make a tutorial on how to setup a machine. How many grams to use (if using a double basket). Btw, I usually make a double shot using 14g of coffee aiming to get 28-29g coffee out of the machine after brewing. To your question, I use pressurised baskets that came with the machine. You can use non-pressurised baskets with bottomless Portafilter.

@@RizwanKhan_99 51mm, it's the Delonghi machine. Most if not all of them have the same diameter.

I am using Delonghi Dedica EC685 model. For coffee grinding I use a manual grinder for now but I plan on buying an electric (bur) grinder.

@@TheRabiaFactor it'll be great if you could upload a latté tutorial video on this machine from pulling a shot to steaming the milk using that thick steam wand of your Delonghi. I use pre-ground coffee in my very basic Terazata machine using pressurized basket.

@@RizwanKhan_99 Sure, I’ll make a video of that. I have actually removed the pre-built nozzle cylinder from it (it’s detachable) and now I’m using the rubber wand that was wrapped under the steel cylindrical nozzle. It gives you more control over milk and let’s you steam the milk with that shinny paint like look and texture. I will try and make a video that covers both; puck preparation/extraction + milk steaming.

@@RizwanKhan_99 how’s the Terazata machine? I use pre-grounded coffee as well but not the store bought I actually order from coffee specific pages who provide fresh grinds with grinding dates (have been using them from quite a while now and they taste good, you can differentiate between the coffee notes). Alongside this, I also use medium-dark roast beans and grind them at home on a manual burr grinder (not the blade grinder).

​​​​@@TheRabiaFactor sorry its actually called *Termozetta barcaffe 400* ; a very basic machine i bought, used & at a cheap price, so i could learn a bit before investing in the pricey ones-god they're expen$ive. I use pressurized basket that pulls a fast shot in 5-6 seconds. If i put 11gms of ground, i need to get around 56gm yield to get the crema. So its like 1:2.5 ratio. It's hard to get speciality coffee locally so i use pre-ground off the shelf. Also, those grinders are way pricer than espresso machines. Before that i used moka pot and a French press. Still practising. It's rare to see locals doing espresso, you always see foreigners that u can't relate with.
