The CSTHEA Homeschool Players are a high level theatre society serving the greater Chattanooga area. Students come from all of the metroplex to participate in this Gilbert & Sullivan Society, as far as Cleveland, Dayton, and even Dalton, Georgia. If you are a homeschooled teenager and love any capacity of theatre, consider auditioning for our upcoming season. Our acting and singing coaches are top notch! You will grow in your skills!! The set is very good and the singing is professional quality or nearly so. I'd actually like to see them do a bit more and a bit better with the acting. I must admit it's remarkable for them to be able to do all this at their age, but no, I don't think it's necessarily one of the best or anything like that. Tastes often differ, of course. Edit: Okay, it is actually better in some scenes. Depending somewhat on who's in them. Their Chancellor is pretty good and his "Nightmare Song" is pretty stunning. ^___^ "Strephon's a Member of Parliament" is also nicely done. ^___^
Conspiracy theories about fairies? Okay, that's cute. Possibly not quite necessary, but cute. A UFO. An unwanted fairy opera. ^___^ Um...okay. "I'm sorry, sir, but we have no need for your conspiracy theories and sticks today."
