I was shouting “ no don’t take the control arm bolt out “ lol Just take the shock bolt out and lower the arm down , if it still doesn’t clear the just slice a little bit off the end of the control arm where is blocking the disc. Can also tap the studs in towards the diff to aid removal .

I have most of that soldered up, I am trying to find info on the DB2 board, I can't find anything on where it goes how it interfaces etc. Have you seen any info or pics on a completed DB2 added to the NO2C ? I need it ONLY for LIVE BARO as I am making this for a 2 cylinder airplane engine. The BARO that is on the board is only looked at on startup of the engine, so unless you do in air restarts as you climb and descend lol, gonna need the DB2 add on board.

Amazing! Thank you! Two more things, if you don’t mind,…how did you make your connection to the Colorado class two serial data pin? Did you unplug the wire that was in that serial data pin for the Colorado connector and then plug the 99 PCM class 2 serial data wire right into the connector? Also, I’m assuming you ran the 99 PCM OBD2 serial data wire to the stock Colorado obd2 connector? What did you have to snip to get it to read the 99 PCM? Your videos have been a huge help understanding this process! Thank you for any and all information you are willing to share!
