Disgrace to The Ritz-Carlton Name I expected seamless luxury service, but instead, I encountered arbitrary rules, selective enforcement, and a complete lack of professionalism. Despite advertising “90 minutes of unlimited pours,” I was denied another glass of wine under a so-called “policy” that doesn’t exist anywhere. When questioned, excuses kept changing with no clear justification. It makes me wonder-who creates these rules, and how are they applied? Would the same restrictions apply if I looked different or ordered outside Aperitivo Hour? When policies are unclear and inconsistently enforced, is it really about rules or about judgment? At this point, it’s clear that The Ritz-Carlton is nothing more than a name with no substance behind it. A luxury brand without integrity is just overpriced mediocrity. 👎 Would I recommend it? Absolutely not. This was a joke disguised as luxury.
