In America, you pay for government workers to do jobs, you pay for the building , and the papers !but when you want something from the government, you have to pay for everything a second time. So how are American smart?

If America is not full of stupid people then why do I have to pay taxes on my taxes? Why do I have to pay service fees just to have government employees do their job? Why are cops giving full immunity to kill people? Smart people would not allow this to happen to their country. You literally have to pay taxes to pay government salaries and buy the paper and buy everything else but then when you want the government to do something for you, you have to pay for it a second time.
