I didn't capture any video of milling the base itself and the aluminium plate, because it was a trial and error method and I needed to modify this part several times during the process. The first test run

The video shows the first run of an engine right after assembly. The engine on the video is cold and with no lubrication. No adjustments of valve timing were made. I just put the parts together lit the fire and turned it on. :D
My first engine ever

Here is the video of the first engine I've ever made. It is a Stirling engine made from a can, CD disc, some wire from an old umbrella and latex glove. Here without any cooling. With 3 ice cubes on top it worked for over 30 minutes with higher speed. Video made 03.12.2008. Enjoy. :)
