She said the paper turns black when exposed to heat. From her test, does that mean the white parts weren't exposed to the heat? Yes, you do use your irons directly after spraying it, so no, no one waits for the spray to dry before applying heat. What does this paper test unveil? I'm not sure, that's for sure.

Please let them dry first, you wouldn’t straighten your hair while it’s still wet would you?

My daughter just did this recently. Her hair was below her waist. It’s still long and gorgeous like this girls turned out.

Why do women pull all their hair to the front? That’s not how it falls and when they turn around, there is no hair coming down their backs, where it’s prettiest.

I had this happen to me before but I only go to one place to cut my hair and when I say 2 inches they cut exactly two inches and explain everything. I only go to them once or twice a year. But the salons before that what cut way more than what I agreed to or talk me into getting layers.

Looks beautiful! My hair is almost to my waist. I cannot wait to go in and lop it off! I do it every few years and it feels great... I've never been one to be too attached to my hair though.

Maybe the stylist cut off more that 5 inch......but she knew what she was doing.....look sooooo much better, lifts her face, her cheek bones look higher

Our hairdresser actually told us a tip regarding the amount of hair we’d want cut off. He said that if the stylist asks for how long to cut, give at least 2 inches longer than what you actually want. This is cause they still need to cut more hair for aligning purposes. Plus when hair gets styled and especially curled, it tends to appear shorter anyway.
