The so called best trained oncologists have no idea or hope for lung cancer patients. They never think or mention this type of work or Joe Dispenza or Wim Hoff. They only have trials and I realized how far the traditional medical community is from the truth. I have first hand knowledge as I lost my first wife to Lung Cancer

can you help people with acute pain which comes on every so often. I get severe back spasms once in awhile. I think my problem is that I am so terrified about the pain coming back, I cannot help thinking about it constantly. This in turn causes stress and I can feel my back getting tight. I need to get over this fear of the pain and stop focusing on it coming back. I truly believe in TMS and have not heard of others with my problem

Thanks so much! Very helpful!! Loved that you asked the panel about their personal strategies when pain taking focus. Allthough I´ve been having IBS for 15 years now, almost half of my life I didnt know about TMS befor recently.. I´ve been to so many types of therapy, but somehow never heard of TMS. I always felt that my IBS is something rooted in emotions and my history though. I am reading Sarnos Mindbody Prescription now, and he mentions IBS, but often related to somebody already suffering from back pain- and then additional IBS. For me, allthough I have also som CFS symptoms, my IBS is what has been my biggest challenge in life so far. I feel I havent been honestly happy in 15 years, and it influences every aspect of my life to a very high degree now- actually has become worse and worse, especially that it the last years holds me awake during nights most nights..making it hard to work or do anything actually. All this explanation : ) ..to ask about IBS and TMS, do you know about some resources talking about IBS especially in relatedness to TMS (success stories etc)?

Am so glad to heat from the 1st interview that it took weeks to 8 months, at least am not the only one who didn't heal from day 1. Thank God am normal. Its been 3 weeks since I've discovered TMS. I immediately accepted TMS as the reason I've been in pain for 5 years now. Since believing in TMS in the past 2weeks I have 30% less pain. I immediately STOP taking ALL medications, specific or special foods, I do the work, writing my feelings for 20 minutes most days. Louise Hay has help me to reprogrammed my brains. Yes YOU can heal yourself. You must repeat or reprogramme your brains by telling yourself multiple times a day out loud I Have TMS You can heal you will heal.

Dr. Sarno is a genius. I thank God for him every day. I know I would not be playing racquetball and iceskating at 60! 7 years ago an ER doctor told me I would never exercise again due to 'generative disc disease'!! All I did was read the book and did what Dr. Sarno recommends! It really works!

TMS is real. I was taking 10 Vicodin a day and my life in the hours between taking them was essentially waiting to take the next dose. I found Dr. John Sarno's book on Amazon. It was intriguing enough to force me into my car to go out an buy it on a late Friday morning. By Monday I was down to two Vicodin a day. When I got twinges of pain I would remind myself that there was nothing wrong with my body and the pain would subside. This is profoundly important information.

@MrSealforce Read Healing Back Pain. Do it the next chance you have, don't delay. Then try daily going over the 12 daily reminders from the book. Someone even has them listed in a YT video on the right called Twelve Daily Reminders taken from the book"...etc. It works instantly for 20% of people, sarno says. The next 60% has to do more involved study but they get better.

I was a patient of Dr. Sarno and can attest that his treatment plan works. I hope the power of the mind/body connection becomes mainstream because it has a great influence on our physical health. I was stuck in bed with back pain, did Dr. Sarno's treatment plan, and was back to work in two weeks. He has a very high success rate.
