Just a quick roll on in 2nd gear at 20psi shifting to 3rd gear at 30psi. On MT 225/50 drag radial.

Testing the Rolling Anti-Lag and traction control in the Bomber ran by the Link ECU. Second gear is 20psi and 3rd gear is 31psi. Top of third is 120mph. On a 225/15 MT Drag Radial

No you don't have to. This was years ago. I'm at 642whp now but I'm turbo and a ton of other things. This was like 300whp on the M45 supercharger.

curious, i cannot get my knock control to work. the pullup on DI 8 is set to off, and i can turn knock control on, but no matter what I plot from the knock options, I never get a value that changes (I would expect to see an unfiltered noise signal since I also turned filtering off)

Wow! I read the article about this car on the link ecu page before coming here, congrats on building such a machine! I'm kinda stuck at 250whp using the stock eaton, might start building up parts over a few years for a turbo conversion.
I really didn't want to be the guy to ask for this video, but I'm not gonna lie I'm glad you posted it. I was really curious what it was like when it broke. Didn't seem too violent. Glad you are safe and it didn't happen in a higher gear at a high speed.
What size injectors & brand are you running for the e85 conversion? Same goes for fuel pump? I'm seriously trying to convert mine but lacking finding info for the mini's. I have an r56 jcw
This is a R53. The R56 you are out of luck as you are DI. So you would need a higher flowing HPFP for your car but nobody makes one.

What do you mean my oil pressure? It didn't change. This was the V series Vipec. I am now on the i-series vipec or now called the link G4+ ecu. It has flex fuel built in. I don't run my car on 91 octane, so I just use the flex to adjust the timing, fuel, and boost dependent on the mix of ethanol. That day it was in the 40's when i started it

I like the long gears. I traded to a long geared box. The 05 MINI box is shorter, but that is just going to lead to more wheel spin

Yeah its out of fuel on the stock injectors and pump. I just picked the car up. I was giving it a benchmark before I do the fueling and put it on E85 and give it the boost.
Didn't see that coming lol. You need to up the boost a tad more
