Anyone needing more help, once you are set up it does not automatically pop up the license space to enter the license or the credit card space either. Go to settings icon found at the bottom of the screen; it will be the fourth icon after icon: Activity, Park, Reserve, Settings. Once in setting they list the ‘Vehicles’ and ‘Payment Methods’. Choose one to start. Once you click into Vehicles then it will show you the option to enter the License. Note: the space for your State shows, Alaska by default. By putting the cursor/finger to correct your state will not produce the keyboard for you to type your state. What you have to look for is under that area you will have to find the word ‘Alaska’ again (in gray). Put your finger there and scroll it up until your state shows up which then you can tab to choose and then wallah your state finally sticks 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m not computer savvy. I thought something was wrong with the app in my phone. It was very frustrating. Also, when trying to look in Ytube for instructions they were not thorough 😭. For those who were born with tech fingers, don’t judge 🙄

Keep in mind there are more baby boomers with houses, wanting to unload them. Keep in mind these are not up to date modern houses the young adults think they deserve. Babyboomer house are going to fall in vaule as more enter the market, not raise.

Or every corporate rental company is going to buy those homes cause they can easily pay cash on had $100k more than any individual looking for a home for thwir family.

Idk who's paying for these houses still. My parents forst family home was like 80k in 1980. They've since moved but Its like 320k now. It has a fresh coat of paint and new windows. Thats some expensive paint and windows.
