Hey! Beginning contact staff, and I love your flow. Don't know anything about neither contact staff or gym/circus/acrobatics.. would you have some advices to make me point toward the kind of level/fluidity you have ? Where to learn, practice routine or anything else. Don't know how I'm supposed to train for this kind of tricks, acrobatics or one-hand wheels from the level I'm at now.. Thanks for sharing this, and for an eventual response!
