Actually it was me doing the solo, not MagnusNilsson. So no blame should fall on him. It does sound a bit strange I have to admit myself...I was happy Richard asked me to put a solo down however...this type of music is not my forte to play so it was a challenge...

Red Fender That's fun. I admit I prefer the original version, but I should listen to the cd to make a final judgement, not a horribly compressed youtube video. How is Richard doing ? It seems he has completely abandoned the music industry.
+Game Play - 8bit Heavy Metal yeah the solo wont change much going to CD I am sorry to say, Richard is fine. Havent spoken to him for a long time. He has pretty much put this on the shelf yes, which is a shame. he focuses a lot on his family and his daytime job/career. But yeah we miss the awesomeness of his records
Red Fender Haha yeah but the backing track is difficult to hear here, I can barely get what note the bass is playing. What you be cool is if Richard could put some videos of him playing some of his solos, maybe some teaching stuff, that would be really great.
And i liked Apollo so much that it makes me hard to listen to this.

I still think this is amazing. I'm finally getting a copy, but have to get it from Canada. I will have to do what I do as a solo artist. I write violent and personal lyrics so I don't think a band would have the guts to back me up.
This album is amazing and I actually can do a pretty good approximation of the lead voice! Seriously. I gave up guitar after losing too many heroes and went full time vocals. My range goes from baritone to very high pitch maybe above tenor if that even exists. I'm looking for a band to make people sit up and take notice and be amazed. Hope it will happen someday soon.

I'm used to hearing Apollo sing Majestic and Time Requiem, so it kind of weird hearing it sung by Göran. He is without a doubt a very talented singer - probably better than Apollo - but he has a very clean and high voice and can't do that "rough" voice that Time Requiem calls for IMO..
Goran so much better than Apollo. This collection and Optical Illusion are just master pieces.
Prefer Apollo's vocals, but still good;)
