An interesting watch. I'm looking to replace my AGM battery for a Lithium battery and only yesterday I saw a post on the DC House 200ah, £370 seems a good deal compared to other brands. Thanks.

For the equivalent type of AGM and LFP battery, with same ratings, which battery would produce higher short circuit currents??

The button on the right 12V DC is perfect for 12v lights and the 24hr in the option menu controls it as a timer. Perfect for chicken coop light extension.

i have 3 eco-worthy 12,8 batteries. one is a 50ah and 2 are 100ah. all 3 work very well. If i add the 50ah to my eb3a bluetti gives me over 800 w/h. great for my desktop plus a 27inch computer screen last 5 to 7 hours pulls about 120 watts an hour minus the ac lost wattage but effective in case of power outage. I use the 100ah for my bluetti AC 180 and AC 70. with my ac180 runs my big refrigerator freezer for close to 16 hrs .

I have the same controller and battery and was testing it yesterday. LOL I don't think I would trust that controller with my battery so I think I will get a mppt type controller for my setup.

Good Day Sir and Merry Christmas it's now been over a year Since I purchased 2 200ah Lithium batteries by Kepworth and they have been used daily For 8 months of the year they ran most of my home in a off grid capacity. The capacity is also still 200ah that I can see. Thanks to yourself I've saved £££ on my electric bills. I've even upgraded my solar panels to Renogy 16BB N-Type 250 Watt. Solar Panel overall I'm a very happy Person. Stay safe and Happy 2025

when one lives in a cold environment like Canada always better to have low temp protection on those lifepo4 batteriesd.even self heating ones. raises the price but for Canada weather it could be a must situation.?

i have eco-worthy life po 12,8v 100ah and the same booklet for that battery DC House or eco-worthy who owns those companies? the same hypocrit owner (s). why sell the same lifepo4 batteries ? under different names? they probably originate from the same source? at this time i have a eco-worthy 12,8 50 ah, and one 12,8 v 100ah soon a second 12,8 100ah blutooth . I am satisfied with them. but when i see names like DC House selling the same battery if they are identical why use all those different names ? I might be wrong about this but just wondering i am looking at the DC house 24v 100ah battery this one could interrest me. price looks interresting.

Hello beloved friend, I appreciate your video. I possess 4 of these batteries as a battery pack for my solar panel setup. The inverter operates at 24 volts, so I've arranged 2 in series and then in parallel to achieve 24 volts and 200ah. I've included a Victron balancer for your information. Could you assist in configuring the correct settings on the inverter, please? I discovered numerous different methods online; I don’t want to ruin those new batteries. Before I go insane trying to set them, please assist me; I need to know: -What is the amp range for charging from 20 to 120 A, considering I have 2 in series and 1 in parallel? So, the amps should be halved, correct? -accurate bulk charge voltage -floating voltage -appropriate voltage to restore use battery -appropriate voltage to switch to utility -appropriate voltage cutoff I am currently referring to the Voltage/SOC table in the battery manual, but it's absurd because configuring it to 26.00 volts for switching to utility and 26.9 for returning to battery is causing me numerous problems; the inverter keeps toggling continuously. Your not wrong in your explanation. But I wish people would stop using the term neutral! Inverter’s do not have a neutral, the have 2 live conductors, which u have proven in the test. A neutral only becomes a neutral once it is connected to earth.👍

That's not a "fiber board with metal", it's a sheet of mica which is non-conductive and commonly used as a heat barrier.

Mine do nothing, it just jumps from 24 to 29 volts and have 200 ma so now and then charge current.

December 2024 prices on ebay for new: Fogstar £399 (or their Eco model £299), Ecoworthy £199 (with £20 voucher offer £179). Incredible price drops across the board making LifePO4/LFP batteries now on a par with Lead-acid. I find this crazy having spent £800 per 100ah battery back in 2020!

I bought 180ah for my electric engine to use on boat. Just wondering how long should i charge this battery? When to know that its fully charged? Ive got the same the looking charger but 14.6V - 10A. The light is red while im charging. Not sure if it goes green. I run charging for about 4hours already. Any tips? Thank you.

I have an eco worthy 100a that apparently has a 4/5 yr warranty, ask them for details of the warranty - nothing, absoutely nothing, they just say if there's an issue to send the battery to them and they'll fix it - of course they will??? wouldn't buy from them again..

Just use a backup light those work great for volt systems.

I noticed the drift pro showed a capacity of 243/230 ah so 13 ah above stated capacity. I just got te 230ah drift (not pro) and mine shows 247ah /230 so mine's 17 ah above their stated nominal capacity. I think this is terrific and so far, Ive used my battery a lot in viv-i-van and never even got to 230 ah. I'm getting myself a renogy 2000 watt inverter very soon and I think the 230 drift and the renogy will make a great team. I dont think the extra expense of the pro was worth it to me. It seems no matter what fogstar you go for , you're going to get incredible quality and capacity. Loved the tear down. It was your tear down of the 105 that made me buy one-since sold to a boddy and upgraded to the 230. I have zero regrets. Much respect- Kenny

@DCGUY what is the problem if they were originally built for another project and rebuilt/repackaged/refactored? My understanding is that if they operate properly and assuming they last the amount of cycles according to their specs then we have a good deal right? I guess this cells grading that we normal people do not get to see whatsoever, does not affects us for this price category
