I was travelling with friends from Hong Kong on the High Speed train to the magic mountains and spent 4 days there last month. It has fantastic sceneries. But we only see some of the areas. We can easily spend another week to see all the other fantastic places in Jiangjiajie National park. It is amazing how China installed all these cable cars, escalators for oldies like me. I was worried at first that I cannot walk up all these mountain paths but it is pleasantly surprise that apart from a bit of queuing up, the transportations are very old people friendly. Well worth the trip. Looking forward to visit more interesting places in China. I am from the UK.

Mayo Clinic in Rochester saved my life, I was born with Tricuspid Atresia which is an extremely rare congenital heart disease and my local doctors kept telling my parents that I was just delayed, they took me to the ER almost every day for 4 months after I was born, eventually my parents met with a visiting specialist from Fargo, North Dakota who noticed how blue I was while we waited in the living room. He asked my parents how old I was, and when he was told “4 months” he rushed us into one of the local labs for testing, and discovered my disorder and told my parents he would contact Mayo in Rochester……and my parents drove 7hrs south across Minnesota to head to the St. Mary’s ER. I should have died, but Mayo Clinic Dr. Francisco Puga from India or something saved my life.
