And on other hand its detected by radar alone, i.e no sound signal has been heard, we are not sure of type of vessel or any limitations that vessel may have ...so its a zone of conflict ... So why we can't alter CO° to port and keep clear of the B6 vessel... I mean we should have both the options. Speed as well as CO° alteration..
