No tiene porqué. Skoda monta pastillas con aletas como esas, pero las que van en el pistón son más grandes y las del lado de la pinza son 2 pequeñas y una grande( como la que se ve en el vídeo)

A similar clip. This is the outer pad! But don't do what what he's recommending here it's more likely to make the pad bind
