I agree...and you should WALK the house like a person would NORMALLY in the 3Dd walk through. These in and outs make me dizzy. Stop spending so much time on closets, they are all the same. Open 1. When you walk in, stand still a minute and let us get the feel of being in the rooms...you're in it. While I don't like all of Chance's style (he talks too much of decor, which doesnt come with the hones), at least his videos mention room sizes. Not picking, just trying to provide helpful tips/suggestions

Love the layout, all of the caves both bathrooms have windows pretty tiled shower,and nice carpet because I'M no fan of carpet

I watch a lot of these walk throughs, and this is the worst I have ever seen. If you make more of these, you need to stop talking so much. Seriously, a little info would have been nice. For example, "Hi, this (insert name here) and I'm in (city/state) looking at the (name/number of house) built by (company)". Then people like me can research the house to see if it's available in their area, better yet, provide a link. Walk around the outside first, then inside. And if possible, a floor plan so viewers can reference where rooms are and how they relate to each other. Open a few cabinet doors to show the quality. Are they soft close doors and drawers or regular? Point out the mechanicals like furnace, water heater, breaker box, etc. Talk about the kitchen layout. People love kitchens. Check for a pantry. Is it a cabinet, a closet or a walk-in pantry? Where is the laundry/utility located? Near the guest bedrooms or the master? Where's the attic access? Finally, if you're not going to talk, buy some soft soled shoes. We don't need to hear you clomping around the house like a horse. And invest in a better camera. PORTRAIT style videos are not the way to go. LANDSCAPE son. Full screen. This review isn't to insult you but give you tips on ways to improve. There are a lot of people doing these walk throughs and you want to standout for the right reasons. Find your niche.

Beautiful house I think the Home Tour Guide should speak as He,/She shows each room in the house 🏠 Rather Boring only hearing footsteps as the Tour Guide is walking through the house 🏡.. (((Just Saying)))
