Reeeeeeunniooooon 👏🏻
A song about growing old and experiencing what comes with that, at the same time remembering all the things good and bad we have done, while letting go what we can/don't want to let go...
THIS IS AWESOME!
I’m easily at least half these views.
So weird seeing the different lineup here. Rhythm section with Mic but no Josh!
I WAS THERE THAT DAY. THANK YOU BULL MOOSE FOR ALL THE GREAT MEMORIES!
4:15 he still got it🤤
where will you be in five years or ten? i'm in tampa florida, still bumpin this shit
Fuck yeah haha
Far could be the best song on its album, but the album version has the drums WAY too loud and it sounds really invasive. I like this recording a lot more.
Its b to b tuning travis! Lol
His strap broke off camera and he dropped his guitar which fucked it up a little bit.
There are thousands of hobbies ,,,,why does this man collect killing machines ?
Because, funnily enough, his other hobby is indiscriminately killing innocent people.
bobo brazil is this a serious comment?
i wonder what was the last band to play in the last CD store lol
I love how Mic and Chris are just having a wordless conversation in the back while they're playing.
Sitting in the groove will do that.
I really like Travis's gold top.
Shit is fire. saw their last show with vanna
there’s no sense
music good, lyrics garbage. "I don't care what you think of me, all that matters are my friends". Are these guys still in high school? Makes me want to puke teen angst.
Digging the cinematography
ChaoticMatters Thanks, man! Wish I would've had the chance to actually finish this. I had to rush the edit for a class. Maybe some day.
Looks pretty complete to me :o
ChaoticMatters Well, it makes sense at least, but there are some pacing issues. I actually filmed an opening scene that gave the character a little more story, and a closing that packed a little more of a punch, humor wise. All the music was basically placeholder, and I didn't get a chance to add sound effects. I wanted to polish it up a bit more; add a few bells and whistles here and there, but I was already past my deadline. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch it, though!
What's stopping you from fixing it up now then?!
Travis is so cool
I get the sarcasm... I do. I mean, maybe something didn't sound right with the harmony and Claudio decided to signal him to hold off. It's not too far fetched.
It's weird.. If he wasn't meant to be singing, why does he have a mic set up?
He probably was supposed to be singing but something was throwing Claudio off. Wes's vocal harmonies are a little out of tune here. So was probably throwing Claudio off. They may even have in ear monitors in which makes it even harder.
bt damn my step brother is good at guitar
Bull moose:Maine is an incredible anomaly. They draw in the best of the best over the years. I have such respect for there store and there ability to bring the best musicians to the north east coast. Thank you Bull Moose! I love you!
Poor Travis! I've been in that spot, and it sure as hell is NOT fun.
It's a pick up/feedback buster. Allows for higher volumes with less squealing. Acoustic chambers tend to overwhelm a pickup. Look up something like a Fishman neo-buster single coil acoustic guitar soundhole pickup/feedback buster.
I know this is most fans least favorite time for Coheed, but this has always been my favorite. I feel like every performance was top notch, sounded great, and the album itself had songs that were fantastic live and acoustic. I feel like once we entered the Afterman era a lot of things just kinda fell through. I do prefer Josh, and I wish Mic was able to come back to have the original four, but I cant help but love this era's performances and concerts a lot more than the ones of today.
In his AMA on Reddit, he says it means a place to park her car to romantically watch the world end.
Yeah...definitely
Amazing. I love this song and this version is so powerful.
Lol, i love how it sounds exactly like the recorded version, but just like.. puny in comparison. i don't know how to explain it better than that. <3
I seriously almost came when he whispered "far" and smiled at 1:42. <3<3<3
Travis is just having a bad time.
Random Acts Of Gaming yeah and mic is like yeah mine's workin fine yo. Prolly for his little comment at the beginning of the video.
Poor Travis he was nervous!! I would run out of that place if that was me XD nice solo tho :)
Thank you for the mp3s ^_^ very much appreciated
This is awesome! They played 4 of my favorites. I would've loved to be there.
Nice looking guns how do you like that ar15?
Qué asco, por dios!!!!!
except when he sings
I'll admit, I'm not much of a poem man myself. We were offered a choice of T.S. Eliot poems; when I read "Sweeney" for the first time, this was the first thing I visualized, so I went with my instinct. I was out of my comfort zone to be sure, and perhaps I didn't "get" the poem, but I believe art is subjective and can transcend it's original message. My goal was to create a visual interpretation, so that's what I did. Be it right or wrong, I was very passionate about this project.
.....How can you present this self - indulgent drivel as an" interpretation"?...You obviously haven't the slightest idea what this poem is about!
Claudio is getting pissed. He actually gets irritated quite easily on stage and in the studio. DON'T GET ME WRONG. CLAUDIO IS ONE OF THE KINDEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER ENCOUNTER. HE JUST TAKES HIS SHIT SERIOUS AS A HEART ATTACK. THAT'S WHY HE'S THE BEST THERE IS.
AMEN.
Bonus thumbs up for using the word didactic! ;^)
1:30 Claudio throws in a 12th fret harmonic and everyone giggles... Fun stuff.
6 yrs too late but this is the most underrated comment!!
10 years too late and can confirm gold
Scarborough/Portland ,Maine.
is that a muffler in Claudio's guitar?
LMFAO
Where is this.......?
People on the next aisle: "Soon..."
i like this version better than the original. so much more emotion
