Outside of costco's website, it's hard to find anyone reviewing this mattress.

Does the queen size adjustable base you get from costco fold like this in the same way? There's barely any documentation or videos showing how to move it upstairs, how to get it through the door, product dimensions when it's in its folded state. Come on guys, you need to have better marketing data. I want to buy it, but I don't know if I can get it in my room, because there's no data on how the product looks when it's in the box.

I wish this would have went over connecting two bases. I can't find a video for that.

I have aired this mattress for the past 2 weeks and I’m still not able to sleep on it. The smell of chemical is very strong and I got the worst headache since I brought this mattress home. I would like to know if anyone else has the same experience. Thank you for sharing.

The mattress was amazing for the first couple years. We lived with the W shape of the sagging mattress for another couple years, and then realized it might have a warranty. After 8 years of ownership, we contacted Sleep Science’s parent company, South Bay International. They told us we had a 20 year warranty, but that we needed to submit photos of the sagging mattress. When I sent them photos of the sagging mattress, they said my warranty was void because our mattress COVER had minor, normal staining on it. Like... minimal, normal, every mattress in the world, staining. Were they planning on reusing our sagging mattress..? They told me my only option was to get ahold of Costco (the BEST company), so that is what I am doing while I type this. Stay away from Sleep Science and South Bay International.

How can I get a replacement cover for the 13-ARA Twin Long?

I bought this bed at Costco a few months ago. It seems like such a great solution, but both sides of both TwinXLs are basically soft. The "Medium Firm" side is just a little less soft.

Cant find this on sale anywhere? Anyone know?
