is rye made from wheat?
@@vahllable Rye and wheat are both grains. But they come from different plants. No rye doesn’t come from wheat. Rye has less gluten than wheat which made the bread more dense and chewy.

@@conniec6950 great question. If you can’t find coconut cream purchase 2 cans of coconut milk. Chill them, take the cream off and use it. The water you can drink or use in a soup.

Thank you for encouraging an accessible habit change; one that does not need groups, money and has few barriers. However, the vast majority of your "b roll" of people walking were young and live in smaller, traditionally fit bodies. I'd prefer to see a range of people in terms of age and size. People who live in larger bodies can absolutely start - or even already have - established health habits.

I don't understand. is it 4.5 cups flour or 9 cups. you have 4.5 cups flour twice on your Ingredient list. damn. I have to find another recipe.

@@annie_oops yes you can . Set your dehydrator for drying meat fish and jerky about 150 degrees. It will take a longer than in the oven. So be patient and it will be worth the extra time. Enjoy. 😊

Is it safe to eat green tomatoes?
@@phuongkosam yes it is safe to eat a few ounces of green tomatoes as long as they haven’t been sprayed with any pesticides and chemicals. Even though the green tomato does contain solanine A natural pesticide and fungicide that can be toxic in high doses you would have to eat about a half a pound of green tomatoes before you experienced symptoms. Frying does seem to reduce the amount of solanine in them however, eating a small amount of pickled green tomatoes is considered safe.

@ I love your thoughtful questions. Wondering is something we often forget to do. yes they contain 2 alkaloid. Solanune and alpha-tomatine. In large amount they can be toxic. These alkaloids are in the same class of alkaloids as potatoes. Glycoalkoids. Yet we consume large amounts of potatoes. In my opinion, if you love green tomatoes either fried or pickled enjoy them in small to moderate amounts. If you find they bother your GI system consume them rarely or not at all. great tip on freezing prior to trying to seal! Not sure why I didn't think of that as I was having the same issue trying to seal my freshly cooked chard and kale! I pre-freeze meats to get a good seal, so why it didn't occur to me to do the same with veggies is beyond me! thanks for that tip

This is a myth, please people dont believe it, dont waste your time when you can be taking herbs that will make a difference. Ginko does work but you need a professional extract, Most randomized control trials use Ginkgo biloba special extract EGb761. This i believe is given on prescription in germany and france. Please people look at the science, read the science. There is plenty of science on herbal teas and tinctures that you can make at home that will give you the benifits. Ginko is not one of them. I used it before i new better, it did nothing, i now know why. Its impossible for anyone to make a strong enough extract of ginnko at home. They use pounds of leaves in a lab to get a smalll portion of extract. They do a 50:1 to 75:1 extract. I am only making this comment to help people who like myself got caught up in this myth. People look at the science and look into the Ginko biloba myth. Hope this helps someone from wasting there time. If you want ginko for its benifits you need to get hold of the professionally made ginko extract. Look into the Ginkgo myth. This is my opinion based on the science, if you have health risks and need ginkos help go with the extract to get results not steeping some leaves in hot water or trying a weak tinture extract.
