Powered Paragliding Michigan - 2nd Flight Ever 2018
Easy peasy...great job.
Very cool
Hey! Love your content….been looking into the sport and wonder if it’s common to have life insurance? Do companies typically cover this activity?
Hey thanks! Glad you like it! I don't have any and I can't speak for anyone else. I wouldn't say it's common and I'm pretty sure that once your feet leave the ground, all bets are off. I know if you join the USPPA they have supplemental coverage for damage caused by this sport.
How often did u water them when they were blooming? Cause mine opened only halfway and then died 🥲
As needed pretty much, when the dirt looked dry. So probably every other day or so.
We need to talk. Did you hear the news
Breathtaking ❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I would absolutely love to try this.
Do it!
Lifes great . Right enjoy every moment of it
Is that Will by chance in the yellow and black wing?
Nope, not Will.
@@BRichards211 I don't often see that wing around. If I'm not mistake, that is an Everest Cross?
@@salvaldivia6072 I'm not sure. I'll ask him the next time I see him.
@@salvaldivia6072 He confirmed that it is a Everest Cross!
@@BRichards211 nice! Don't often see that wing.
Love the owl balloon!

@BRichards211 thank you! Great video btw!

Beautiful
❤😮
From that perspective, even Michigan can look cool.
Yah, it's not so bad when you get far away from it 😅
Are you from Michigan? If so, where did you learn to fly?
Yes I am! There's Michigan Powered Paragliding in Ypsi, Leading Edge PPG in KZoo and Fly MI PPG in St. Johns.
@@BRichards211 you've gone to all 3? Which do you recommend?
@@nixxx62 No, I went to Ypsi to get my feet off the ground. I know all three personally now though, and they're all good in their own way. I've worked with all of them afterwards whether it was support, maintenance or buying new gear.
Will they still grow back if you don't replant them?
I'm not sure. I didn't keep it much longer after the the last flower fell off. But thank you for watching!
@@BRichards211 k thanks
Outstanding Video, Breathtaking view😍

Are you taking off from new hudson airport? Any other places you take off from in the area? Im right over in south lyon/brighton area
Yes, it's a good idea to talk to the airport manager first, there's a few rules there to follow. Unfortunately we're getting crowded out with all the development around, especially at Milford Rd and 96. Some people take off from Atchinson Park, and there's another field in Highland, but we can only use it when there's no sports ball going on.
@@BRichards211 Cool I did my training last year and got a few flights in before I got busy. Only got to fly 2 times this year but I'm hoping a lot more next. Ill definitely get in contact with the airport cause its about 5 mins away from me and I didn't even think about taking off there till now.
@@thebadgerpenguin Yah, it's good because the airport manager welcomes us there. But it can be a bit tricky with the trees in the field they let us use.
Does it smell..??
Nothing distinct, but there is a freshness to it.

If that's the lake I think it is, I'm a little ways south of you. I'll be flying out of Belleville with a friend in a couple of days - maybe we'll see you in the air!
Not sure what lake you think it is, but it's in the New Hudson/Milford area. I'll definitely be flying the next couple days.
@@BRichards211 You're further north from me than my brain thought; I'm out of Ottawa Lake, but one of my former PPG classmates is in Belleville. Yeah, weather's gonna be nearly perfect for a bit!
I trained down there. Let me know if you ever make it up this way.
@@BRichards211 Will do!
Spectacular view😍

Brian, we're you flying over West Bloomfield earlier this week? If that was you, it was so cool to see! Our house backs on to a Wetland behind Henry Ford, and the paramotor circled 2 times as low as about 40 ft. I caught a short video at about 300 feet flying east. At first, I though it was a drone (I have one), and was shocked to see the paramotor. I follow Tucker Gott on RUclips.
Probably not. I haven't flown that far east. I generally stay west of Wixom. I just snuck out to Walled Lake last week, but that's the furthest east I've been so far.
@@BRichards211 Well, thanks for responding. It looks like a very cool hobby that requires lots of skill to fly. As I mentioned, I have been following Tucker Gott, and it's amazing to see.
They need wings on both sides of the shoes. Love them.
Good video! Nice tunes! Sick kicks!😀
Thank you ,

I am from india. I want to plant a white lily. Which type would be better? I am confused coz there are may types. Help me out
Wow this guy is a full blown pararotor youtuber
No more epirb balancing weight required with these new kicks.
Dang, do those have strobe LEDs in the base?
Yep
Looks really fun! Strangely now i have a feeling to try this out, never before! :D
Sick!
Ahhhh theres a mask mandate bub & u are not adhearing to your boys demands
Will the part of the plant still continue to grow?
Not sure. I got rid of it shortly after. I would assume so.
I put mine in the garden, they come back every year, this year they're 4 feet tall.
I came across an informational video on the Easter Lillies. Plant them in your garden in “indirect sunlight”=morning sun but afternoon shade(thus avoiding sun scorch.) Be sure to wait till a week after the last frost of the season to plant outside. And if you want the blooms to last longer inside during the Easter season, be sure to snip off the yellow pollen and it will also keep the yellow pure white from yellow discoloration. Keep plant moist with well drainage. Once the top surface about an inch deep is dry water it again; thus avoiding root rot. Just cut the stems off after the individual flower dies and place it in the garden with the green foliage in tact still. Wait till the leaves become more yellow in the fall and cut it down to the ground. It’ll come back and re-bloom in spring. Be sure after several years to divide the bulbs and space them out so the foliage don’t fight for sunlight. ruclips.net/video/nYvooxMO0Xw/видео.html
@@michellecurrier2344 I’m curious to know before I plant mine outside, how did you take care of yours? Did you cut your foliage down in the fall after discoloration or did it not discolor, in which that is how your foliage grew to be 4ft?
@@ruthbushman7291 , I live in Maine, USA, I bought a bunch of them few years ago ( during the pandemic), the store I went to couldn't sell them, I paid $1.00 a pot, after the bloom cut off the top planted them in my garden before winter, they came back every year, when I got them they were white, 2nd and 3rd year, they turned out different colors ( I guess because of the soil), last year they were 4 ft tall, I hope this year as well!
Hey there….saw a paramotor flying today on 7/3 around noon…..was that you? I just finished training would love to fly near home (i live in south Lyon) if/when I get my own equipment
Hey! No, it wasn' me this afternoon. I'll probably be heading out tonight though, either around your neck of the woods or a bit north. Come on out!
Nice!! Is 1080p the best you can get out of the GoPro360 Max for RUclips? If you don't do 360º you get 6K video, whatever that is :-) Just curious if you can only get 1080p max for a fixed or edited chosen view.
I just selected the "locked horizon view" when I was clipping it in the GoPro software. This was my first time testing out this mount. Next time I'll pan around or something. Just need the weather to cooperate soon hopefully.
