Data rich but with no or limited ability to execute. If you cannot overcome the blocking that always comes from the politics, culture, and siloed groups, all you have is more data that will be ignored. NEITHER MICROSOFT NOR HR HAS THE ABILITY TO FORCE CHANGE ON DISINTERESTED LEADERSHIP. The problem here, as with all other approaches, is conflating data with results.

Thanks man! There's a lot Microsoft Data Loss Prevention videos here on RUclips, but they didn't even bother to show/demonstrate what will happen when someone violated a policy. I always wonder how it works for the end users.
