Ain’t it the truth! I only walk 3 miles per day for movement and exercise and have done so for years. I’ve been carnivore for 7 weeks. I have definition in my legs and glutes that I have never had before. Mind blowing that diet alone could do this for my body.

Hi Dr Chaffee I am on week 3 carnivore mid week 3 I jumped right in started omad pretty fast after I started because I felt good then I realized I’m not losing as fast as I thought I could so would that be insulin resistance and is there such a thing of starvation like starving myself and not actually being able to lose weight

I’ve noticed on carnivore that I retain muscle much easier too.
