    How can we ensure that we avoid causing a pneumothorax when performing dry needling on the trapezius muscle? Is it safe to needle in the area between the index finger and thumb when we pinch the muscle? For beginners, that area can often feel intimidating. Thank you.

      You’re exactly right. The cable stack I was using wasn’t tall enough to appropriately demonstrate full overhead movement that you want for this lift

    i like the way you explain. you were very thorough. also great that you remove the shoes and just do socks is good for mobility mechanics and should continue doing so. good information in your vid. i look forward to more your vids❤️kim
