So what about mental safty? How do you protect a patient from mental harm? Answer do not use restraints. Restraits are banned in the UK and should also be banned in the US

Question: why was #3 pain. shouldnt it be A. shortness of breath according to maslows hiearchy? if the client is in hospice care would the pyramid be flipped? and pain comes first?
