Somehow missed your comment.. I have used a count here and also creating two instances. By using *, I am displaying public ip of both the instances in this case.

You have to set environment variables. i.e. If Windows You can search for environment variables and set path of Your AWS CLI is installed. Something like this C:\Program Files\Amazon\AWSCLIV2\
Refer this Video ruclips.net/video/f-Lvwh6K-O0/видео.html . In this video, I have setup environment variables for Terraform installation. Similarly use for AWS CLI. Procedure is same except the installation path.

Even after add Terraform plugins unable to see the aws version getting error that aws command not found.
You have to install aws cli to get the aws cli version. Plugins will not help to solve that.

After re-open VScode aws cli is synced.. able to see the aws cli version now. Thanks ..

Hello Jag, Do we need always mentioning provider? If it is on premise... how can we automate the things with terraform...? Could please also tell me how to enable auto deployments?
Terraform is used for only cloud infrastructure build. You cannot use for your on-premise to allocate these resources. Provider name can be any of the cloud providers supported by Terraform like Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba cloud etc. For deployments you can go with CICD pipeline through Jenkins. You will need to understand Devops life cycle. There are many methods to automate and it depends on organisation who chooses which way to go. For example - I integrate Terraform, Nexus, Gitlab, Maven, Ansible with Jenkins. Finally I run a jenkins job to make my deployment automated.
If your aim is to only make automated deployments, please learn Jenkins which is widely used in most of the organizations. Then try to integrate one by one with Jenkins like Github, Maven, Gradle, Ansible Terraform, etc I suggest you to learn for Cloud instead of On-Prem because in future most of the things will be moved to Cloud.

@@jameelkhan4171 @Raj Prabhu Rajendran Sorry somehow I missed the comment notification. You have to install terraform plugins inside Visual Studio Code. There will be a button called extensions (5th or last button) in the left most side of Visual Studio Code. Search for Terraform, you will get it. It should be there for other IDE like IntelliJ Idea as well.
