No one tried to run you guys off the road, the streets are smooth with very little potholes, no stopping at a thousand and one traffic lights, no pedestrians randomly walking in front of your bikes? What is this place ... heaven?! Even with a police escort cycling in NY and NJ doesn’t go this smoothly. I’m jealous

Watching you guys it pure memories thanks - please ride safe. Thai is the way to live and enjoy life - ever fit. Falcon, Space Setters, Magnum wheelers those were the cycling clubs in the seventies. Older cyclist although we are in our fifties and sixties now we still a crank bicycle holding on to our youth inside of us. Yes brethren keep the videos coming it's a joy to watch.

That was a beautiful ride, guy on the blue bike he is strong with the Rasta colors jersey - do you know he is riding a steel bike also with steel components he is cranking a heavier bike compared to other cyclists bikes. Port Royal was the first place we use to train before it was Creamo to second round about and back through central village - finish the spring on Creamo bridge before heading back on the boulevard. we use to start at 5am meet at the top of Dun Robbing Road with the cycling squat at that time Ted Grey was the cycling coach for Jamaica- seventies era.

That is a beautiful ride wish I was there remind me back in the days when we use to train. Falcon, Space Setter, Magnum Wheelers those where the clubs in the seventies-myself with other great cyclist in that era. Peter Aldridge, David Weller, Hayden Smith, Robert Ford, Godfrey Chin, Chris Chong ,Xavier Maranda, Jerry Brown, Frits Brown, Floy London, Donovan Chinsing, Hugh Sam and a lot more names to mention it was fun. Keep fit guys Jamaica is the best place to train- only one thing though a lot more cars on the roads compare to back then. You all be careful.
