What a knobhead of an interviewer as Hennig would say.😊
Amazing audio!
Just discovered this gentleman on BBC Sounds. Its a Fair Cop is a great radio 4 series......well actually 7 series, and ive heard them all. Well done Alfie.
Late to the table ain’t ya fella ?!! Glad you’ve got there - he’s funny isn’t he . Seen him live twice in Nottingham though first time at beeston he arrived Kate and flustered and didn’t recover in time to do himself justice. Luckily I had heard him and knew he was better than that !
1:48- 1:53 this comment didn’t age well.
I've never seen Rhys completely out of character before.
Milton Jones. Amazing. Brilliant! He was on the radio in around 1995. Brilliant! I have been listening to Milton since then.
Need better interviewers!! 😄
Nonce.
When you wiki your self Me: wait… I thought I was Jewish I’m.. im british
How old is this young fella? He looks about 19 but acts like a seasoned interviewer. Good interview!
Simon Evans: Every word of his act is funny.
I enjoy his wits so much. His sharp observation of culture that are informed by varied insights into different niches, combined combined with his readiness to jump down unforeseen thought-wormholes makes the perfect comedy recipe for me.
Jokes never get old😆
I adore this human being.
I only discovered Milton a few weeks ago. (Greetings from America.) I hadn't considered the Emo Phillips parallel but it seems obvious now that it's been pointed out to me. I'd enjoy eavesdropping on Milton Jones and Steven Wright discussing the work behind constructing a show of one liners and short (seemingly) unrelated jokes.
I used to work for a character acting group on the festival/club scene and I once almost got beaten up for using the mens room in a club in London while dressed as an old lady. Even after I explained it they kept giving me grief. We're only talking about ten years ago as well. Some people are proper arseholes. I do think we are making some progress, possibly with a couple of steps back too from time to time though.
Hi there, i am from 2022
Milton Jones, the man with more grandfathers than anyone else.
Chopper is dying with a hangover, you can see it lol

This is all very well but where are his eyes???
Boothby clearly reluctant to be involved at first but the interviewer gamely persists and succeeds in getting him to open up. Interesting to hear him speak about the other comedians he respects for the hard work they put in and his views on the political world. Well worth a watch.

Good of Stephen Merchant to do this.
Good comedian interviewed by an idiot.
10:25 - the blusterous assembly of a tent/gazebo in the bak0ground is almost as hilarious as Tom!! Top Man Tom, you're a legend !!!! Thanks for the Smiles fella - You rock !
Pity about the wrong exposure though, can hardly see his face.
Tom Binns has s laugh (cackle) like Stewart Lee. Tom Binns should be at least as well known.
Who?
"...anti-comedians doing better than they should in terms of better than they do in the real world..." Within weeks Bridget Christie won what used to be the Perrier. Truly the man's a psychic genius.
“Nice” interview? ..Mm “Old people” so ageist is an ok category/ attitude to hold No to every other IST, and just be a callow youth and obviously have a mother complex .. and Nadia ? Feminism stops at what age honey so very very sad …how real is your feminism

I liked the Shoe sketch better (a picnike at the cringe)
Laughing while people are burning 🔥
Harry Potter doing?
Interview with a vampire .
Great interview. Like a lot of good comedians, he is quite serious in real life.
Great content, try to interview him again, it’s now 2021. That would be good.

Let me guess, all the people you asked whether you're funny or not were all single guys, right?
great interview with a very nice man.
What a bean faced tossa
It's Tankerton.😁
I love Milton's antique expert character "Richard Madley"; he's hilarious!
this is one funny guy.
