It would be unfair to say that they are exactly the same type of players. But the fact that they played a similar role in their team and that Alperen had playmaker features like Jokic created this idea.

@ i suppose but if you really watch them play its very different. Sengun gets most him slipping around defenders and draws them in then pump fakes, or looks for the opening. Jokic pushes his way to his spot and uses his height to see his teammates. Without the need to slip around defenders. Sengun is much more deceptive because he has to. Their body type is so different as well

I agree with most of the comments. However, Alpie is only 22 years old and we will see where his game will evolve. Jokic was also underweight in his first years in the NBA.
