@Shikyo_Destiny Seeing as "rocket launcher" isn't enough info to go on.. fuck this guy, it's called Ba Xing Chong and it isn't a rocket launcher or a grenade launcher. Not sure what this guy is smoking but could have at least said it's name

@@JimmyHopkins1208 Ba Xing Chong. After you beat Adam Smasher, you can loot an Access Token from Smasher. Once you have that token and you reload the game (after the rest of the ending), you can go to the Ebunike (the docked ship) and there is a room you can enter using the Access Token. It is Adam Smasher's quarters and you are able to loot a crafting spec from the room to craft the Ba Xing Chong.

The dlc changes quite a few mechanics and add some new mission. On the other hand the base game is at its lowest price. Consider this if you can save money for the bundle in next 3 4 months consider buying the whole package together later if you think it will take you more time then buy the base game and play. There is no glitch or bugs in game.

@@getemdetric60 Just view the game as a Cinematic Movie Game you control. Don't view your character V as yourself, you are playing through V's story in which you lightly can control the direction. It's a good story. You can also perfect your playstyle and combat.
