🌸 Welcome to the Park
If you're interested in understanding your body, having better posture, strong and flexible muscles and looking great. Then you will find a class here for you.
You'll soon notice that the classes are a little different to your usual exercise class and that's because Emily is a dancer and dance instructor. So she will encourage you lift your body up, to hold your shoulders back, hold your tummy in, breathe properly while aligning your body ready for each move.
If you're short on time or need some motivation to get moving you'll find 10 - 15 minute classes or you can mix and match to design your own workout, around want you need and your life.
You'll see Emily knows her stuff, you're in a safe pair of hands, keep coming and you'll be looking and feeling great very soon.
Emily In The Park is a creative collaboration between myself Heather Robinson and Emily Howes - I'm a Video Producer and Emily is a Professional Dancer and Dance Instructor. 🌸
Stretch it Out with Me - 10 mins
Stretching really is an overlooked part of the workout, but it is as equally as important for your body as the more popular classes like Cardio and Strength. Stretching out before a class warms up the muscle groups and prepares you for your workout, while stretching out after class helps to reduce stiffness and increases flexibility BUT the best thing about a stretch class is they're good just on their own. So whatever your needs may be today get your workout gear on and get ready for Stretch Class. This class is great for anyone who is body conscious but is particularly for Women Over 50. As always listen to your body, you know you best.
