I doubt it matters. It’s been like a year. Whenever I’m not in my living room. I have this playing on the TV just on repeat. Make it seem like it’s popular on NetFlix, so ratings are up and they don’t remove it. Who knows maybe this’ll help get a reboot.🌹

This show is just another (very) big reason of way Netflix is a bunch load of sh*t. You get such a beautiful gemstone to lapidate, you have great start and then you just drop the whole thing as if it was some ugly vase a shady neighbor decided to "gift" you with. If you have a good start, then finish the damn project. If not, you just get crap most of the time. Don't even get me started on... 🤢 He's all that 🤮

What a vibe. I was suprised as I saw the relationships develop throughout the episides, and ecstatic. It doesn't fall into any 'coming out' tropes, there's no need for anyone to come out. They all discuss it casually and naturally. It doesn't feel like tokenism or optics - it feels genuine. So refreshing.

I only heard about this show by a friend who stumbled upon it by accident. Netflix did no promotion for this series, it seems. I have watched the show four times now and I have read the first book since we won't be getting a second season T_T I ove the characters so much. And then you have boring flat and generic shows that have zero likable characters and no real plot or important relationships... we want and need more seasons of half bad D:

Seriously, whoever was in charge of promotion failed miserably. The first I even heard of it was months after release thanks to a "good queer representation to watch on Netflix" list or something similar.

I am confused about one thing in the show. Are all bloods able to eat hearts and take someone's power?
the way i understood it no, there are just some blood witches who can take powers. Gabriel is a bloodwitch too and asked nathan „so you are a heart eater?“ in that one scene. i think it's passed on generationally to be a heart eater (correct me if im wrong)
@@JayKayStay Yeah, that's what I understood as well. So his power is that he's a heart eater, and the rest of his powers(in the future) or his dad's are because of the hearts they have consumed.

@JayKayStay yeah that's what I figured too, I'm unclear on wether or not he has heart eater powers now of if that ritual soul performed on him completely transferred the powers to soul or duplicated them.

Thank you lol. The fandom is starving. 😂 I'm also obsessed with the trio. I'm sick and tired of morally grey cheating lying manipulative protagonists, so Nathan was such a breath of fresh air. He is funny, good and likeable. I also really liked Jessica as a villain. She made my blood BOIL but in a fun way. 😃🔪 Honestly this main trio has ruined teenage shows for me forever. Why do stupid love triangles when polyamory is right there??? And half the time neither options are good, unlike in this show where Gabriel and Annalise are both iconic.
100% all of the characters are fantastic, it is so entertaining. nathan is incredibly likeable! also jessica has to be one of my favorite villains now without a doubt 😂 if i ever see another love triangle again im just gonna come back and watch this show to feel better lol. thank you for watching!
Ive lost interest on so many romance plots because, yes, polyamory is right there unless there no good in which case focus maybe on all the plot stuff happening?
