Hi i did an order but it didnt require me to add in the shipping address and pay for shipping or I couldn't find where to put in those details after the order had been made. Before I did the order, I did add my address on the account page so will it be shipped here because of that?

hey I found an item in bunjang and then when I clicked to buy it I got redirected to DK. I made an account and then pressed on add to cart. I filled in the item description and uploading a screenshot of the item. Now at my “we buy orders” the thing is there and says pending. I only intended to add it to some sort of kart, not to buy it yet. Now it’s stuck there saying “pending” and I can’t remove it. I haven’t even given any payment method yet. What will happen now? Also there was some sort of “higher bid price” thing and I left it checked. Now it says ACCEPTED_ALL under it. What does that even mean? Man did I mess up…

Hi, I'm encountering a problem with filling up the 'You Buy Orders' My Incoming Order Form. So I am supposed to click on the 'Please submit required info' button on the form because it has been filled up partially by Delivered Korea. However, when I try to submit the form after filling up the necessary details, there is an error message 'Please, Do not put spaces in the tracking number' but there is no way for me to make an amendment to the tracking number because I can't edit it and the tracking number was filled up by Delivered Korea. I have been contacting Delivered Korea regarding this matter for several weeks but the issue hasn't been solved. So I'm wondering whether you have any solution to this issue? hello! first of all thank you so much for doing this video its helped alot! im trying to do an order on ktown and im doing the you buy option but im getting confused on putting in the korean address. the postcode finder on ktown gives me two options to choose from and they both have information thats on dk’s your address so im not entirely sure which one to choose (i hope i explained that okay )
