Curioso siendo paul con un tono de voz mas grave que el de john este era el que alcanzaba las notas mas altas en varias canciones grabadas a duo.

Creo que la cancion fue muy bien estructurada en la linea vocal. Lennon tuvo que hacer su linea melodica un poco menos interesante como se oye en esta pista. que con la voz de paul y george complementa la estructura vocal como queda en su version terminada. Que le dio ese sabor a esta cancion una de mis favoritas de este album por su letra y musica.

I understand it's very corny to say "this song saves lives" or anything similar, but it's true. I listen to this song when I disassociate and think the worst, and I need to remember all the people who love and care for me. Suicide is never under any circumstances the right answer, it is a permanent solution to temporary problems. Sometimes you need a reminder though, and this is mine. Though there are many many problems in life, remember those who love you. "I know I'll often stop and think about them, In My Life, I love you more."

As a kid in the 70's I remember my Dad borrowing a record from a friend to record onto an 8-Track. It was a guitar instrumental record of Jim Croce songs. This was just a year or two after Jim's death. Anyone know if this is one of these songs, or is this newer?

George Harrison wrote this song but did he really? I mean he obviously stole it from Lennon and McCartney by learning how they write song's over the previous decade and became a musical genius by learning from them. Ever wonder what type of music you could make if you spent all those years with john and paul? Well thank the lord because George Harrison did just that and we get to see what a student learns and hear when the student becomes the master. George represents all of us when we think what we couldve done in his position and he wrote the music we hoped we wouldve written if we had the chance. We are lucky to have had George become what he did and share these songs with us. Did George Harrison really write this song? Ofcourse he did and all of us including John and Paul wish we wouldve.

thank you for your work! but I'm afraid you've mixed up George's and John's voices in one specific point: on "ooooon", "miiiind", "cryyyy" they switch places: John goes down whereas George holds his previous note and end up in the middle.
