Can we finish 5kms together? | Sunday Morning Run
Another vlog, another workout!
This time, we hit the Aravali biodiversity Park on a Sunday morning. The first hurdle was waking up at 5 AM, which turned out to be the toughest part. Our plan was to start with 5 kilometers this time and gradually increase the distance in the coming runs.
It wasn’t easy-by the end, we were drenched in sweat-but it felt incredibly rewarding. I've really started to enjoy running and now look forward to it. Ginni did amazingly well too! Having been an athlete in school, I knew she’d crush this challenge. I also shared a recent story that I thought you’d find interesting. We aimed to make this video both informative and engaging.
