Thanks a lot! 🤗 I think the 230s is a good upgrade from the Nano 👍 The 230s is nothing for hardcore 3D and does not have so mucg power, but I think its ideal for learning and practicing flips, loops, inverted flying and so on it. I crashed mine some weeks ago and I just had to change the tail rotor and have a little hole in the canopy... with a bigger helicopter it would have been a lot more. So have fun and just fly regularly! And soon you will fly at least as good as me in the video 😎

@@schrattv thanks! I need to put in some more time on the Nano / simulator as I do like to take risks, and they will be much more expensive with a bigger heli. No rush, I’m in this for the long-haul. 😁 I asked a question on one of your S2 videos if you get a chance, having trouble with the settings on my radio controller.

Kurz gesagt: Für Größe und Preis vollkommen in Ordnung - außer Du willst Backflips machen, das habe ich mit dem bislang nicht hinbekommen. Mein Granite hat schon wesentlich mehr Feuer, Du kannst ihn durch Gas/Bremse in der Luft ordentlich steuern und läuft z.B. auch unter Bäumen, wo Äst und Blätter liegen, wesentlich besser, wo sich der FC aufgrund seiner geringeren Größe schon wesentlich schwerer tut. Aber ist halt ne ganz andere Klasse. Spaß machen auf jeden Fall beide und beim Granite gibt es mehr zu reparieren. Vielleicht mal ein Thema für nen Labervideo hier 😉

Thanks a lot! 😀 Well, some training before outdoors (you should be able to do good flips outdoors), some expo on nick and roll and a motor that is a little bit slower than the stock motor 😉

Danke Dir! 😀 Hat bei mir als Ü40 mit Familie schon auch das eine oder andere Jahr gebraucht. Das wichtigste ist dranbleiben und versuchen regelmäßig zu fliegen.

You mean with the RTF Tx? Well, I suppose it is possible in some way if you are already good in flying 3D, but I would not recommend it. It's better to use at least a DX6 / NX 6 or better. Better gimbals and dual rate / expo helps a lot.

Thanks a lot! :-) I'm using the Spektrum DX9. I never used the stock RTF radio, but I suppose it is easier with a better radio. Better gimbals and possibility for example of adjusting the expo (I am flying with 30% expo)
