I haven't changed many of the settings, but I set the Career difficulty to Normal. This is my first time playing this game, and I plan to increase the difficulty as I become more familiar with it.

It should be on Easy. I've never played this game before, first time playing it so I had to go for the easier difficulty for now. I will change the difficulty in Season 2.
