Have patience. Keep practicing.
You need to level up more
Just wandering if this outside part is the part of the dungeon then how the fuck do I get out to the machines as all I have ever saw for last 50 attempts is all tunnels no outside part
This is not putrid I just play edge to edge of that dungeon and cleared out all red and I have never seen the outside part like this in the whole game so your version is different, like too old now the new version is different
U have 130 followers ur opinion is invalid
To base a view point on the amount of followers is idiotic so any view you have is not valid because it is obvious you don't have a mind of your own
Did everyone buy this game within the last week? Seems like it
Well the game itself have quiet good rating - and now there were Capcom Sales - so Dragons Dogma 2 had 30% sale...
After 234 hours i can sayitsa bad game.
It’s not bad
One of the most original and well thought out fantasy RPGs to date, similar to the first. Just cause you don't appreciate it doesn't mean it's bad, at 260 in 2 and 434 in the first game, hours don't mean anything. It's an incredible game with much more original concepts to offer than its competition.
I’m a souls vet. Been playing these since 2009. But even I gotta call it like it is. While the DLC isn’t impossible it is indeed hard due to it being unfair . To the point where the boss fights I usually adore, I have no desire to play them on repeat. When a guy like me notices this, some fine tuning is in order. And I love the DLC, but I do not enjoy the boss encounters. And I use mimic tears items and NPC summons which marginally helped and yes I have been collecting seed (Shadowblessing 14 currently) That adrenaline high you usually get from overcoming these bosses isn’t there. I felt more like I got lucky because the boss decided not to spam the same 8 hit arena length combo 7 times in a row. Time for some tuning Fromsoft
Speak for yourself. The crying or grown men is getting really fing old.
The main issue for me is the camera. We are constantly fighting it. It's just way too close for these fights to the point where I have no idea what is going on with these attacks so I can't properly respond. It feels like the game designers know this and they take advantage of attacks coming from off screen at ridiculous speeds. Because of the nature of games we have a very limited view angle and bosses are designed to exploit this. It's an arbitrary way of increasing difficulty.
No it isn’t. Git gud. It’s fucking fine.
massive skill issue as always anyone saying the game is "unfair" should never be taken seriously there are a lot of mechanics that can make the game easier but niggas like you keep crying about the so called unfaireness that literraly means nothing
Git gud folks: Summons are ez mode, GTFO. The DLC: hold my beer...
Funny enough, because of all of the AoE and insane damage, summons actually make the game harder, cause almost none of them is pulling their weight.
@@JanVernylmao I seen streamers tear up DLC bosses with summons don’t lie.
@@ronthorn3 There are definitely op summons and some interesting strategies how to use them, I saw someone just heal the weird golemn summon and beat every boss. But those runs weren't easy, and there are no summons that tear up the bosses. In fact the absolute majority gets wiped without significantly contributing within the first half of the fight.
@@JanVerny You've seen what that imp cannon does to Malenia, right? If not, I suggest looking it up before commenting on summons again.
@@NinjaContravaniaManX Ah yes, Malenia a new DLC boss, I've seen that and I am not sure what you think it proves? You keep arguing a point I didn't make. Yes, summons can be useful, overwhelmingly though, they are not.
With the plethora of builds available to make the boss fights absurdly easy, you really don't have an excuse at this point. Not really that hard: Radahn: ruclips.net/video/wsifoOTe1-U/видео.htmlsi=gKf1NAIU0RqXbIMq Gaius: ruclips.net/video/PpbPDxUGPVg/видео.htmlsi=1jp1YerSyTgazSEs And Malenia is still the hardest boss in the game.
The entire ER, I would argue, is built not just on unfairness but on complete disrespect for players. It is actually built on a premise "treat them like dirt". And I am not referring to the combat difficulty but to everything else. From an open world without the smallest hint, to the hints given that would take a new player straight to Margit (intentionally), to simple Quality Of Life elements (eg. the ability to buy back unique items sold by noobs only to then effectively lose so much). I could go on and on but the essence is that these guys consider gamers dirt and treat them as such. And (some) gamers respond in Pavlovian fashion claiming that this is all part of the difficulty... Now some of these same gamers realize this fact with this DLC. What a scam, really. And, again, I am NOT referrring to combat difficulty
Game’s just not for you, bro. Go play something else and shut up. 😂
Go play something else, then. Go play a Ubisoft title with microtransactions and 9000 map markers because you can’t stand the thought of using your brain and engaging in exploration.
Fromsofts games have always been like this, it has nothing to do with streamers bud, there's always been a huge learning curve when it came to this company's library of games, and to be honest not all games have to be made for everybody or else all games with just be boring and all the same, and honestly fromsoft would survive alone on its fanatics as you would call them because they have been and will still be there playing the game after all of the newbies who jumped on the popularity bandwagon have left. And honesty a company that changes for a modern audience has no integrity whatsoever, let companies make the games the way they want, if you don't like it play something else. Simple as that
I play this game knowing it’s unfair and I like being molested. So when I finally win (and I actually did!) I don’t feel useless lmao
IMO too many people try to play Elden Ring like blood borne and get their ass kicked since the mechanics aren't at all the same. It's very boring to grind against a boss that basically requires you use a shield + 1h if you have more fun playing 2h or vice versa. DS1 had bosses where you could reasonably win with most builds, the combat has been getting increasingly "unfair" for a while now and it's not difficult, just not fun. DS1 had its issues but anime level combos and ridiculous boss special moves weren't one of them.
Did you tune your talismans for f Defense against that specific boss? I bet with the right stack, you could take a lot more abuse.
Enjoyed your video man
Thanks
i dont get it... who cares what anyone says? use what ever you want in the game, that lets you have fun nobody forces you to grind a boss for 7 hours. its actualy your own ego forcing you to not use summons etc.; and THAT actualy gives empowers those "toxic gamers" you mention i couldnt give a flying F about what anyone thinks how a beat a boos or a game. what a pathetic thing to even think about.
I fought Radahn and took a VERY long time in phase 2. Whole time I'm wondering how are normal people that aren't dedicated gamers suppose to win this fight. Who is even meant to finish this Dlc? Even more, how did journalist and reviewers score this DLC so highly? Did they actually fight Radahn? I want to know. The Radahn fight was cheap for the sake of boosting difficulty. Most bosses in this DLC are just flashy and unbalanced. So it sells. Elden Ring really pushed the traditioinal souls to a new low. They add in cool stuff first and maybe patch it later.
He can be cheesed easily with fingerprint sheild plus bleed thrust weapon when you finally give in to respecing just to beat the boss. I don't think it should be that way, I'm just saying that's what I had to do
@@jamesn0va Oh goddamn it, and you did that after you were at scadutree blessing level 20?
@@freeziboi3249 No normal person finishes the DLC with scadutree at +20. I scoured the entire map, every nook and cranny and I am at +16. I ain't going over the land of shadows with a goddamn microscope for a 10% dmg increase. I could, but I would rather spend that time staring at a wall.
sounds like a gitgud issue try parrying
I have this overwhelming feeling that parrying does not work on most bosses, does it work on radahn?
@@freeziboi3249 Parrying does work on most bosses, particularly with a weopon, just not on dragons. I beat radahn by parrying bc it stops his combo which also stops his light columns
Ah yeah, the good old "try parrying", that's here from DS1 days. A mechanic they didn't manage to flesh out in over a decade, a mechanic so broken and unintuitive that I'd probably rather play the game blindfolded. Not that I didn't end up abusing that shit against Lord of Cinder, but personally if you are using parrying you haven't beaten the boss. So it's actually you who needs to git good. I win and you lose, bye bye
@@JanVerny Sounds like you would rather dodge a multitude of attacks which is your choice
Bang on mate, good video. I've just finished my RL1 base game run, and am half way through the DLC at RL1. I dislike the boss fights on both. The things I've been saying about the DLC were also true in the base game. The stupid, anime delay and tracking is so, so obnoxious. It's egregious, and it's immersion breaking. I said it on Day One and i was persona non grata on reddit for daring to speak out.
Yeah no one cares bro. You’re literally making the game hard for yourself.
@@BasedHyperborean so what if I'm making it harder for myself? That's why it's called a challenge run 'bro' 😂 I have the platinum and about 800 hours in the game. I like it, but I hate most of the boss fights. At any level. So if you're implying that I have a problem with the bosses because I've deliberately "made it hard for myself" you're wrong (as you'd expect from someone calling themselves "BASED" anything)...
*walks in a boss room to fight an actual god* “this is unfair :(“ no shit, all of the souls games are unfair. that’s the point. don’t play it if you don’t like it lol
You know that's not what's meant by "unfair*. At least, I hope you do. If not, sorry to tell you, but you're a silly billy
relentless combos that either give a 1 second window to attack or recover is not fair, its bad and unfun game design.
the souls games never were unfair, thats why its pointed out now, because if instead of the joy of overcoming a challenge you just feel glad you dont have to deal with the boss anymore, something is not right
@@sebakisniesebakisnie6109 👆 this guy gets it
The Commander Guias fight was unfair and not fun. When I defeated him I was relieved to never have to fight him again
Which is frustrating because I feel like there's a good boss underneath the bullshit.
@@austin0_bandit05 when I was trying to dodge his initial charge attack I tried everything and then I was like oh I guess I have to use the i frames to dodge under him. That doesn’t feel like intended use it feels like cheating
bruh and the disappointment that after all this you just get aome fragments
@@austin0_bandit05it is, he shared a lot of moves with the regular tree sentinels, which are really fun fights
@@AravisX I literally did everything, and only jumping over him with torrent worked one time 😐
Nope Malenia and some late boses was same difficult going solo……
but Malenia was an optional secret boss with a unique skill set. The Dlc is like making copies of Malenia and adding more visuals.
Next game from Fromsoft: The Unforgiving.
Look, I fucking hate the Radahn fight.. Other DLC bosses were fun and challenging. This one feels like bullshit. To all the people who beat him with ease I envy you man. He is the hardest boss for me, by far.. Not even Messmer gave me this much trouble
Dude I struggled on him too, I watched the fextralife guide on him after like 35/45 attempts and it helped significantly in working out his phase 2! Also, if you use them, save your summons and wondrous flask for phase 2! You have just enough time to drink come phase 2 then run away cause he’ll likely try to laser beam you then while that cools off pop your summons! Best of luck Brave Tarnished!
Skill issue.
Shits seriously not that hard. The bosses spike the difficulty but the levels are easy. I think the levels should be harder to balance it. I haven’t made it to the last boss though so I haven’t experienced what they’re talking about w him.
Speak for yourself man, I’m trash so I’ll just go ahead and say it *is* too hard 💀
I work around 80 hours a week as an AV technician, and yet i find myself disagreeing with you i fully expected the DLC to be very difficult its the same with any souls title and their dlc the difficulty ramps up significantly and i found it quite enjoyable, i think really my biggest gripe with your argument honestly has to be with your argument about summons/spirit summons i tend to fight a boss the first time/first couple times alone but if i feel significantly stuck I'll summon my mimic tear because who tf cares that someone else feels i "didnt really beat the boss" as far as im concerned and as far as the game is concerned yes i fuckin did that being said i definitely will stubbornly fight a boss way too many times alone sometimes just because i want to beat it without the mimic but i feel that claiming union rings dlc is "unfair" because you dont want to use things out of fear of being bullied by some shit lord online is kinda dumb, i think its dumb that people are shit lords about it too dont get me wrong but quite honestly fuck'em
So I started with Elden Ring as my first souls game. Took about 150+ hours but I got every achievement in steam and I was so proud when I did because of how challenging it is. I do have reservations with the game design and performance on PC. It led me to play DS1 and DS2. I am still working through the DLC and DS3 but so far it's not too hard in my experience but I'm one of the players that uses what's there and I don't care if others judge. Weapons, spells, weapon arts, buffs, talismans, spirit ashes, co-op etc. To me it's more fun and nuanced that way. I do wish there was a feature that let you replay or practice on bosses so if you wanted to you could beat them to progress the story and then go back and beat them on with self imposed restrictions like no summons etc just for your own enjoyment and skills. I may make a souls video too because there are some consistent design choices that really raise the difficulty of the game but they aren't skill based on my mind. They are design choices from software makes to make things awkward and inconsistent but that's a topic for another day.
True indeed and those design choices is way I said it is not really too hard.
It took me 4 tries to best the final boss. Maybe you should... Get good? Its not "supposed to be as hard as can be." It's about learning patterns. Elden ring added one more pattern type. It added attack patterns based on positioning. If you stand in a certain place in relation to the enemy when they start a combo, they will finish the combo the SAME WAY every time. Learn. The. Patterns. It's not unfair. You are just not taking the time to learn these.
Not everyone has hours to spend learning exact positioning in a single fight, only to have to repeat that same process with the next boss, and the one after that, and the one after that. It's also not like Elden Ring is a boss rush game where that's the only thing to do. There's also a great big open world in between the bosses, which likewise can take hours to explore. And I say all this as someone who does have loads free time to dump into this game, but other people have more important responsibilities.
So it is obvious that you didn't listen to the video or understand the point. As someone stated people like me who has a job don't have time to learn endless combos just to get killed by two or 3 shots and attacked as soon as the combo is done while I am trying to heal because it takes so long to heal. But that is the unfair part. If i needed to get good I wouldn't have been every fromsoft souls game including this DLC. And many more non fromsoft soulslike. You can see that in my numerous gameplay videos. But the funny thing when I clicked your name I didn't see any of your videos. Maybe you should post some so I can learn from you if you are actually good.
“Get good”… you talk like such a dick. The souls community is better than that
Bloodborne is probably the best and most balanced game From has ever made. You can dance with the bosses, react, and engage with them. You didn't have to learn anything like a goddamn ND basement dweller.
The game is unfair, DS1 was unfair and all of the other ones were unfair,... the difference was they felt surmountable. You were fighting back against an entirely hostile world where everything was stacked against you and winning. But I see your point, and I'll raise you one. The pattern chosen for the DLC bosses is boring and unrewarding. I'm still winning, but I no longer care about any of it.
dunno man, watching let me solo her doing it effortlessly tells me people calling this game unfair are lacking in patience/skills, including myself.
Just because you are handicapped and can beat someone in a competition of your choice doesn't mean their advantage is fair because you are good at a particular thing
Honestly bro every game isnt for everyone…..the souls community already knows the game is gonna be super hard, thats the point….there are plenty of things in the game to help you…elden ring isnt even wanna of the more diff in the souls series
I beat the game and every other souls game so skill is not a problem for me. But the point is the decisions they made in this game made it a bit unfair. But with the patience I said in the video that people like me who has to go to work and who does not play games for a living, don't have time to sit for hours playing one boss trying to learn the longest combos in history that could stun lock you if you get hit and kill you by the second or third blow.
@@toomuchj3 I can take difficulty because I beat them all. The base of Elden ring had some hard bosses and this year the hardest to come out was Lies of P and I loved them both. And I even went back and immediately replayed Lies of P but even though it was hard I felt it was fair. This was not
@@gamingsonandfather4959: exactly. The sual "git gud" defense is starting to wear a bit thin when even longtime vets of this genre are starting to feel the burn. These games can't just keep getting harder and harder indefinitely before eventually things start getting unfair, or at the very least before the demands required to "git gud" enough start to require more time than people with jobs, families, and other responsibilities have to spend on a GAME.
Thank you
fire intro 🔥🔥🔥🔥
You can create your own character?!
Kinda
Yes u can. Pretty decent
I love this game. Best game from Team Ninja.
Great video!!
Not only are they useful, they also contribute to level increase and bonding. I've been 100%ing every area available.
'promosm' 😭
Thank you! This is the map that spawned for me. I remember thinking when I first did this dungeon that something had to be in this area. I came back to see if it was there and your video helped me confirm it!!
Thank you so much. I spent half an hour just looking around for the "mobile walkway" after repairing it not realizing it was that elevator lol.

I thought i beat the game xd
No you didn't finish it yet, you need to finish it once again so you can get to the real ending
So close gg
One of the best games ever i really enjoyed it, you will need to finish it twice to get to the secret ending
