Most relationships now start on the apps. Women in public have stopped responding, or they all have rosters of men and heaps of unearned validation from social media and dating apps. It's easy to say to go get better, but if the pool of eligible women is drying up, what's the point of risking going into the desert to find it? Men, get money, date in traditional countries. When I was single and trying to date, I could usually meet and get a first date maybe 3 times a year. So that's not much of a pool to choose from. Is important to drink ionized water rich with sodium if you workout... Because of fasting, now It is really interesting how i can say " i dont want food" instead of " i cant eat food becus I'll get fat"

Started the fast at 94.5 kg now 89.5 ..... Same pull push pegs i do just pess intense less volume .. hydrate with ionized water
