Knew it was bad as soon as i saw it. Why make a slow anime game? Storm, OPPW, DBFZ, Budokai, Budokai Tenkaichi do well for a reason. They are quick, cinematic, and dynamic. They actually make you feel like you're in the anime. That shitty Blood One Piece fighter, my hero 1v1 game, jump force, and all the others are soooo slow. Terrible gameplay.

I feel like you went into the game with certain expectations and they were not met so you say the game is bad. I feel like someone who the game appeals to should be rating the game not someone who already doesnt like the style of gameplay. Otherwise your complaints are valid for the most part but its still fun for what its supposed to be. A fun online experience (i havent experienced much lag) and lately there have been less network errors
