No, I believe everything you’re saying is probably correct! There is a channel on RUclips called the misery machine and they cover children that were murdered due to CPS incompetence or corruption. According to them, 1500 children a year are brutally murdered in the US. I do not know why there is so much silence surrounding this subject! N

Wow, ve went through this almost exactly! Like the abusers have a handbook. The brainwashing and everything! I would show my son videos of us happy all through his childhood, and its taken 3 years for him to believe me and remember he had a great childhood but was brainwashed.

Hold up. First this is her story. Is it true not sure. No facts. Did he do time? Why didnt ypu call the cops? So many questions and if this iant true its slander and you could be facing charges and a law suit. It was reported... to multiple places. Unfortunately, the family court and CPS systems nationwide are corrupt and frequently place children with abusers and cut ties with safe parents. It makes them money because safe parents will continue to fight with all they have to try to get and keep their children safe.

No such luck. Family courts have a disgusting habit of ignoring abuse allegations. The children are with the abuser's sister and dad has unfettered time with them. They have been staying with their abuser recently as he is attempting to now get custody from his sister.

She did. It went ignored by the courts and CPS, and the children have been with their abuser's sister, where the abuser has unfettered access to his victims. Unfortunately, it's common within our corrupt family court system.
This absolutely breaks my heart and is completely maddening and despicable I hate the family court system aside from cps I don’t know another agency more corrupt than them in this entire country, truly.

1. Victim shaming is never okay. 2. Lies about abuse are extremely rare... 4% on the low end 10% as a high. 3. This comment was seriously unnecessary.
Yeeeees! It's imperative that we create better awareness about domestic violence and abuse so communities can come together to keep children safe! Evidence is often ignored to follow a narrative that makes money for family courts. I've heard of many cases where courts created conflict in no-conflict cases to intentionally take families for everything they can. It's horrifying.

Me and my babies almost 17 years. I met the sick CPS and Family Court in New York. I was thrown out of my house because they put my husband's name on a child protective order so he could get me to "push" him and I was thrown out of my home forever. I couldn't talk to my babies for years. They weren't told what happened to me. I'm going to die or have to kill myself or something worse because I don't have a home. My family screwed me. Especially my father. They took my life and my babies. I found out all about them years ago because of Senator Nancy Schaefer videos. It took me a decade what the f. they did to us.

This is one side of the story. Remember there is always at least 3 sides to every story. Hers theirs and the truth. I personally saw how this family lived and it was abysmal to say the least
I understand, however, that is neglect, not abuse, and it is illegal for children to be removed for fixable circumstances. Constitutional, Federal, and State Laws ALL require CPS to provide families with programs and assistance to improve their situation, not steal their children.

I think it's very very important to make sure u keep your children safe and at the time of the event she was an adult with 5 kids who failed to keep her kids safe.
At the time of the event, he was released on bond for domestic violence charges, and violated a restraining order. The children were alive when police arrived, but they refused to enter the home, claiming they needed a warrant. Even after hearing gun shots, police and swat waited a total of 6 hours before finally entering the home where the father was holding the children hostage after the mother and 3 other children were rescued by the mother's boyfriend.
I am part of that family. The kids should have never been there. When he went to jail the last time there was a protective order on him for her and the kids. She violated her own protection order for her kids when she knew he was dangerous. You should ask her daughter to tell her story.
I understand that, and she said in the video that she agreed for him to see the kids.. recounting the fact that her father was not in her life and how much that upset her. I think it's important to recognize that she had been severely and traumatically abused since the age of 5... Those life altering experiences she endured causes severe long term mental and emotional damage, and there is nothing she did to 1. deserve what happened or 2. for anyone to have a legitimate reason to hold her accountable or to victim shame/blame her. Doing such is unacceptable. It really breaks my heart to see first hand what she spoke of in regards to the way her family is treating her after the horrifying events she went through. The ONLY ones to blame are the PERPETRATORS.... Her mother who put her in that situation to begin with, and the abuser who pulled the trigger.
No one deserves to be treated in the way Jennifer has been From the time she was born and even to this very day. My heart goes out to everyone in this situation. I'm so happy Jennifer has found her voice, loves herself and she is stronger then any woman I know.
