Flying A Kitfox Through The Redwoods - Airline Pilot's First Backcountry Flight
My old flight instructor came up to Northern California to fly the Kitfox into the Backcountry. This was Matt's first time seeing the Redwoods. He is building a Kitfox Model 7. We flew south to explore the Humboldt Redwood State Park. These Redwoods range from 500 to 2200 years old and heights over 350 feet.

Does adding a second exhaust port increase power? In this video I cut the same log with the same saw, twice. First with a stock setup and then with a WestCoast Saw Barkbox (second exhaust port). The result was a 12.4% increase in cutting power! I have seen this on other videos but it is cool to test and verify it myself.
