Your phone doesnt support UWB (ultra wide band) thats why you dont see the augmented reality feature..i have the s21 ultra that supports UWB the plus model does also but the regular s21 doesnt..certain flagship galaxy phones support UWB...u have to check first if u want this feature

This worked for my Kraken v3 pro I just purchased yesterday. I think I am going to return them as it is very disheartening to see this has been an ongoing issue for over 3 years and still an issue today. I have 3 other Razar products that work flawlessly with synapse and wanted to replace my Corsair headset as to have all Razar products. Really a shame as I do like the Kraken when it is loaded into synapse.
